CedarGate Properties LLC is a Houston based real estate company. Our director is a computer geek that took interest in real estate. He spent 8 to 10 hours every weekend driving from one subdivision looking at real estate deals. He understands chain of title, probates and liens.
We assembled a team of top notch real estate professionals including the hardest working licensed realtors and great contractors. We work with the best real estate lawyers and reputable title companies.
We use our wealth of knowledge to evaluate each deal and advise you on the steps to take.

We are not wholesalers
Wholesale companies will contract your house in hope to sell the contract for a higher price to an end buyer like us. We are not a wholesale company, if we put a contract to buy your house we will buy your house cash and we have proof of funds. We will pay all closing costs. Since we use our in-house realtors and contractors to cut cost, our offer tend to be higher than the competition. We use one of our licensed realtors to draft the contract, we work with a reputable title company and close fast. If the deal does not make sense to both parties we will simply offer you free advice and walk away.

If we can't reach an agreement on a cash price we can use our professional Broker to help you list the property on the open market and get it sold quick.
